Headon Collision – Awarded $1.2M

My Client and respective children were offered by another Legal Team to settle this case for $250,000, that is when my client called me.This case was a ‘head on collision’ that killed his friend and brother of a friend. My Client was jaywalking as he crossed the street. Clearly, my client was at fault for jaywalking and was hit by a speeding driver and was left in a coma.
